Shortcut To Getting Muscles? Hold On One Second!

Introduction To Hormones

Hey guys, Fred here again with another installment of my video learning series. Today I am going to be going over some interesting information I found online. We all know that hormones, mainly testosterone, have a huge impact on energy levels, ease of gaining muscles, and a lot more. Low testosterone levels have even been associated with higher levels of depression.

So naturally, people have trying to find ways to increase testosterone production in their bodies. There are many natural ways, such as weight-lifting, eating a high protein diet and more.

Check Your Vitamin D!

One very interesting way is to check your Vitamin D levels. According to the research I’ve done online, vitamin D deficiencies are woefully under diagnosed. Couple that with office work and sunscreens, and many people just aren’t getting as much of the D as they need. Try taking a good quality Vitamin D supplement and see if you start to feel a lot better.

Fred’s Tips! Take your Vitamin D supplement with a high fat meal. This increases absorption.

Another way to increase testosterone is to take a testosterone booster. Now there are many types of boosters on the market, including prescription options for those that are dangerously low on the hormone. These prescriptions are hard to get and can be dangerous if used incorrectly, so an over the counter method is preferable.

What is HGH? How does it work?

Another hormone that is essential for muscle growth is HGH, or human growth hormone. This hormone can speed up fat loss and increase muscle gain – all pretty sweet things. It is also correlated to energy levels, more HGH generally means more energy.

The prescription method to increasing HGH is by taking a hormone called Somatropine, which is an injection. This prescription is also hard to get and not many people want to be injecting themselves daily. While I was researching, I came across a review of HGH-X2. This product is manufactured by Crazy Bulk and has great feedback on it’s website and throughout the Web. I would recommend giving it a try if you can afford it.

Here is a video which explains the hormone process and how HGH affects the body. This is a really fascinating video that will give you a great breakdown on how human growth hormone works on different body functions (did you know HGH was primarily responsible for your height, hand size, and is highly correlated to bone growth?)

Hope you enjoyed this post! Have a fantastic day.
